Its not hard at all... All you need to do is figure out what you want to market weather you are providing a service or selling something... The hard part is probably marketing but if you have something people want or are interested in it shouldn't be a problem... Then when you actually have to deal with the customers you want to provide excellent customer service... You also have to keep your website up to date...
