Of course not. You have thrift shops, pawn shops, flea markets, garage sales, Ebay stores, all kinds of resellers, but you still must pay taxes. |

It depends on the item. Situations where the items warranty only covers sales by authorized resellers would be one. Contact the manufacturer if your unsure. |

As long as you have an invoice marked paid and you know the items were NOT stolen, you can resell anything that is yours and you have paid for.
If anyone tells you differently, suggest they contact the BBB and talk it over with them. |

Its legal to sell as long as the product is not "controled" or require you to have a license. If you store is legal then you can sell anything tha is legal to sell.
It would help to know what are you planning to sell but for example you can't sell medical drugs or chemicals but you can sell a table or clothing. |

Heck if that is true they better post it because everyone is selling whatever they feel like selling. |

It's only illegal if you represent that you are providing a warranty which the manufacturer provides to authorized resellers. For example, if you buy a camera on ebay, then sell it to someone in a store, they cant take it to another store and expect warranty service (unless the contracts states so). It's called "Grey Marketing". |
