A store owner can sell an item at whatever price he chooses. If customers are willing to pay his price he'll make a sale. It may be greedy or price gouging but it's not illegal.

If it were illegal, the car dealerships would be in some SERIOUS trouble, same with pharmaceuticals, though their MSRP is pretty high to begin with, costing $1 to make the drug and selling it for $1000, it's ridiculous!
But, a store can sell it for whatever it chooses, if people want to they'll pay it, if not then they can shop elsewhere... it is the "suggested" retail price after all.

Unless your limited by a legal contract, yes, you can sell them at any price you want.

Yup. MSRP stands for "Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price". .Just because it is suggested does not mean the store will follow that suggestion. They are free to charge whatever they want.

People can sell whatever they want at whatever price they want. That's called capitalism. No one has to buy from him, if they think the prices are too expensive. That's the beauty of capitalism. If no one buys from him, he's losing money and will eventually knock his prices down or go out of business.
