Lol my friends sell phones, candy, soda, chips. They sometimes even cell there shoes to each other if they get bored of them. It is illegal up in Cali since there doing all that healthy stuff. But if you get caught you only give em half youre profit. My friends are slick though |

well if you are selling a lot of stuff and the school finds out about it they will not be pleased. they can refuse to allow solicitation on school grounds (means no selling)
but if you are simply making contacts at school and selling it off their property there isn't much they can do about that |

probably illegal, depends on your state, and I'm sure the school would find a way to make it at least against the rules. It could be "disrupting the learning environment" which can get anyone suspended. So long as they are smart enough not to get caught by teachers, no big deal. |

as long as no one is complaining then its good. The cops wont care if your selling shoes but if someone is complaining that your stealing their business illegal then the cops at most can give you a warning |

I'm sure they wouldn't want you doing that in the school... but When I went to school.. kids would try to sell all types of things. I don't really remember people getting in trouble... well.. besides for drugs! |

I have no idea, but I think it's fine if you connect with people through school but maybe wait until after schools hours to do the transactions just in case. |
