Hi,
Typing at home is hard, You need to find a legit data entry company and they usually have a two year waiting list.
There are sites you can write articles for if you want that info. I do it on the side of my businesses and I'd be happy to give you the links and help you out. I love working from home and couldn't imagine doing anything else.

that depends. the site Reena gave looks promising but one reason that I say no is the medical transcription field a friend is in where she does medical reports for doctors online and at her own pace and leisure and I am sure that there are other sites as well. If you type fast enough you can see about a job with a court reporting firm that needs transcripts typed, and there are others as well I am sure. Youmay find more in the list from Reena's site. |

Yes, it is a scam. They just give you a list of businesses and ask you to call them to get them to employ you. That wouldn't even be so bad except that they give the same list to everyone. |

I think there are some legitimate at home typing businesses..but would suggest your check with your local BBB before I made any kind of committments. |

Many if not all of those "work at home" businesses are scams, preying on desperate people. Do you have to pay them for "supplies" or "Finders fees"? You will never see your money again. |

Most are, or they are the pyrimid types, not sure if you know anything about those, but, they aren't too great either.
The majority of work from your home jobs advertised on the internet are scams. They expect you to put so much money into the operation before you get anything out of it. It's great for people who have the money to burn, but if not, I would stay away from those! |

Short answer; yes.
Long answer; the problem is they are determinng your payment, at piece rates, and they are low.
The biggest problem is that you will find there are a lot of outgoings that you are not adequately compensated for and in the end, it just isn't worth the money for the time and costs.
The general problem is that too many people are in the game, so there is little way for you to get higher payment. |

I'm not sure if they all are...but I know some are.
I've had a bad experience with a "work at home" type business. They made me believe that if I worked at home I could make a good deal of money, all I had to do was pay about 80$ for a booklet of all the possible jobs that I could choose from....
SO I payed them the money and they told me that they were going to mail me the book but the once I opened it I wouldn't be able to get a refund........
SOOOO, since I needed a job, I opened it. It turned out to be a big fat book on IDEAS about how you can make money at home...
My god, I was mad...
but I was young at the time, and didn't see how unreal it all seemed... |
