Is there a law regarding working between the hours 11am-3pm without a break.?
ive worked part time before and we got a 10 min. break after 2 hours. i also worked full time 7.45 till 4.45 and we got 2 10 min breaks and a half hour dinner break. i thought it was uk law to have at least 2 breaks during a full working day. and 1 when working part time.
edit: just looked it up and heres the link http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Employment/Employees/WorkingHoursAndTimeOff/DG_10029451

In the UK??
There is law, but not in relation to those hours. The European Working Time Directive applies in the UK. This stipulates that employees must have a minimum 20 minute break away from the work area in every 6 hours of employment. It does not have to be paid.

If you're an adult worker (that is, over 18), you'll normally have the right to a 20 minute rest break if you're expected to work for more than six hours at a stretch.

it's 4 hours so that's ok to work without a break your supposed to have a break after four hours but this can be as short as ten minutes.

Depends on country and type of work.
If dangerous machinery, then a break every hour is necessary under safety rules.

I doubt it. If you can't work for 4 hours without a break, there's something wrong with you.
harry
allowed a break at 1
Phil McCracken
No, it is only 4 hours.
