My advice is to treat this question as a research project. Then I would go out and look for information; bit by bit, you will learn how to discern the good advice from the bad, the pitfalls etc.
The fact is, like many things in life, they can be achieved but it takes a while to figure out how to achieve them.
You can try Mike Filsaime's program, if it interests you, to start yourself off (though of course there are tons of other sources and resources out there also).

I'm in the same boat as you!! :) Everything I see gives you the "Too good to be true" feeling.... Let me know if you find anything ... I did however find one thing of doing healthcare call center questions. But you had to buy software for your computer and you weren't reimbursed for it. So if I decided it wasn't for me.. I was stuck with the software.
