Rather than spam you with a link or suggestion, I would invite you to read a blog I wrote on advice for working from home. It is NOT a commercial, just straight info on things I learned along they way and how to avoid wasting time and money. You can find a link in the 2nd paragraph of my profile here on answers.
Also on my profile is a link to "The MLM Legality Test", written by a well known MLM attorney. Both are well worth the read.
It is true that in order to make money one must spend money. I have owned a traditional 'brick and mortar' company and a home based business. A traditional business CAN cost and arm, a leg, your first born, the dog, the house, the car sometimes... and the other headaches that go along with managing that business, but a home based business should not, though many have hidden costs once you join, so beware.
