Everytime I call them the phone is busy until after 5 which of course is too late. If someone actually recieved this product please let me know or else I'm going to report this company to BBB...no matter if it is only $20 or so bucks if someone is offering a product they should deliver this product. It's not professional or good customer service.

It's not all that unusual for mail order to take a long time. I would write a letter and send it certified, return receipt to the company you ordered it from. Maybe it got lost legitimately.
Make a copy of the letter you send. Check your bank or credit card to see if the monies have been withdrawn.

The BBB can't do a thing. Write a letter and include all information you have to your state Attorney General. You want something done about a rip off, that is the place to start. |

im sorry, i think you should contact the bbb and also if you paid by cc or bank card contact them get the chgs reversed. im sorry this happened to you, it does sound a bit like a scam since no one is answering. good luck |

If you have already paid for this on your credit card, then call the bank immediately to reverse the charge and file a complaint through them as well. If you paid $20.00 only, then be thankful, that the company didn't take you for more.
Remember, " if the offer is too good to be true, it more than likely is" and buyer should beware! |

it takes time to fill all the orders ,at this time of year with the holidays an everything else,I would give them a few more days in the mean time check the bank to see if your check has cleared or your credit card company go to there website to see if you can track your order. |
