Hi, well i have a one year old son and a husband who works too...but it's just enough for us to save extra money each month to move. We only have one car and my husband works 30 miles away (gas eats up our extra money :( ) so i am asking if there are any legitimate jobs online out there? I have been searching a lot and have found nothing promising, you can usually tell by the website. so if anyone knows of anything, that 1) won't cost any money to start
2) will actually be a real company, that has been heard of and such
3) will allow me to work from home...not make a whole bunch of money just some extra money to put away for that rainy day.

The best work at home opportunity is one you build. Work at home jobs only give you minimum wage with no growth opportunity. AFter taxes, you'll make less then minimum wage. Pretty much your entire paycheck will go into your husband's gas tank.I suggest you look into home based business opportunities. They're plenty of options in a variety of industries to look through. They're not jobs, they're businesses that you own. They're not hard to do at all. Pretty basic and simple things.
One of the best opportunities I've come across is in the telecommunications industry. It's a 15 year old world wide company. The largest Direct Selling Telecommunications service provider in the world. In over 19 different countries. They have been featured in several magazines like USA today, Success, Fortune etc. Inc 500 rated them the 22nd fastest growing company. Donald Trump has endorsed this company as well as uses the product.
They offer services that people use every day and pay for anyway. Services such as local and long distance, Internet, Video phones, digital phones, Satellite TV and all the major cellular phone companies like Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Alltel, Nextell etc have partnered up with them too. You save people money on the services that they are already using and can offer them services that they don't already have. Offer them new services through the provider or upgrade and extend their contracts on an existing one or even add a line. This can be done from your home. Every time they pay there bills, you make a percentage every single month. That's just one way you can make money in this industry. Huge income opportunity there. A lot better then a low waged job.

The ones that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.
