Chicken burritos Im telling ya theyre a dead cert for profits. Just heat the burritos and slip in some fried or microwaved chicken pieces, a few slices of tomato, some tasty grated cheese, a bit of lettuce, some beetroot slices and a lil sweet and sour sauce or salsa , wrap it up and youve got a helluva yummy snack. |

What do you and your brother like to do and what are you good at? That's where I'd start. Then take a look around the Essex area (where ever that is) and see what's missing.
FYI: Most business fail because they are in the wrong location! Pay attention and don't be penny wise and pound foolish when it comes to rent. Running your own business is not easy. Make sure you know what you're getting into and that you're up for it. It's not usually a 9-5 deal with weekends and holidays off.
