Stop being a doormat. If your colleagues are not willing to help you when you are absent, then why do their work for them when they are absent. Start to take a stand for yourself since no-one else seems to. The more you do, the more you are expected to do. |

Get a degree so you can double your salary. Or go get a job that pays half and you won't have any of the responsibility issues. Tell your boss that you are pulling yours and other's weight and he needs to compensate. |
