ditto to McDonalds but Wal-Mart is also on my list of no-nos. they are responsible (but not singlehandedly) for putting too many small, independent retailers out of business. many of their goods are sourced in China, and I also have a problem with that. If we must have cheap imported merchandise to feel OK about ourselves, I'd prefer it to come from NAFTA countries. |

Best Buy; The CEO makes $30 MILLION a year and as a cost saving measure he went through and fired anyone that made $11 an hour. Then offered to hire them back at $8.00. He, and his shareholders, can kiss my royal red American butt. Yet another American company that is directly eliminating the middle class. Hope they enjoy their losses next year.
Ford, GM & Chrylser: Will never buy a brand new auto from them. When they decided to quit buying from American suppliers they bankrupted Michigan. Now the same philosophy is bankrupting the middle class across America. All in the name of huge salaries for a few and poverty for the rest. Yet they sit in their offices and wonder why they are selling less cars. Their suppliers were their most loyal CUSTOMERS and now they can't afford to buy anything. Serves all 3 and the UAW right. |
