Savilles, Hamptons, Knight Frank all have great reputations and are the most corporate so will provide a structure for career progression.
As for the others, it'll depend on which region you're in. Around here the best ones, if you can't get anywhere with the above are: Ballards, Milsom & Partners & Davis Tate who are middle bracket agencies.
Don't go for: Foxtons, Prospect, Romans - by the time you're 25 you'll be past it in any of these.
Have a look at their websites and try and gauge what they're pipeline is and how long they've been in operation.
Good luck. |

How about trying all the high street well known ones. They may have better training and pay than one off smaller companies. Have you tried looking at the agents websites to see if they list jobs there? I guess if you are starting with no experience, the wages will be pretty low but if you are good you will work your way up the ladder and earn more money. Good luck. |

Don't know i am not an expert.
But try small local estate agents, use it as a stepping stone.
Maybe you will learn who are reputable and who aren't.
Look on websites, see how well they sell property, if a house is up for sale for more than a few months, you know they are crap. However, that was the rule before the financial mess hit the U.K, so now may not be the best time for any estate agent. |

If you have good selling skills go for it, you will probably earn a lot of money. Before you go into Estate Agency do me a favour and remember the words of Shakespeare
" This above all: to thine own self be true
And it must follow, as night follows day
Thou canst be false to any man"
Hamlet Act 1 scene 3 |
