seeing that their ebay account has 100% positive feedback
i ordered 2 mics from their website, but it has been 9 days (Oct,1,2007) i clicked their websites invoice and it says the item still has been unshipped!!
I've contacted them both on ebay and their responded to them in email.
I cannot make a paypal dispute until 45 calender days after the transaction, I contacted them but they aren't responding...
Do they care more about their ebay customers then regular ones? I ordered the product when i was unverified on paypal but now i am.
What can I do at this point?

i did not order the items on ebay, but on their website so i cannot threaten bad feedback even though it wont do much... 3 negative feedbacks out of 8000 |

Wow! When you say they're not responding, how long have you given them & how many times did you email?
Regardless, 9 days later is a long time. I have a couple of suggestions:
1- Look at paypal to find out whether your payment was even accepted. If you were unverified at the time of the purchase, Paypal will ask the sellers if they want to accept the $$. But if they have ther account on an "automatic no" it wouldn't even show as paid to them.
2-if it was sent & accepted, check your "My Ebay" page, see if it was updated there as shipped & maybe just got crossed in the mail.
3-if not, if it is still listed as "pending ship" on your My ebay page, send one last email thru ebay, let them know that you need to hear something in the next 24 hrs.
4-if no contact, payment sent & cleared was confirmed with Paypal, then file a dispute with ebay. It will "flag" them that they need to resolve the matter, likely you'll get your stuff shipped. The dispute gives them another 7 days. If nothing at the end of that, then you can dispute thru Paypal & don't have to wait the full 45 days. |

Did you check the "order details" in ebay. Most of the time people do not ship using print and stick thru paypal. BUT sellers can go in and add info into Paypal as well as ebay directly. |

Hey my man i had the same problem the process can take time. It really depends on the sender,give them a little longer it will come. Also when buying online from an indivisual check ther no first and talk to them ,and loof to see if they sell regularly or a lot of items. If so they want to do good business to get good reviews to sell more.When you least expect it will arive. Good luck ,Peace. |

just wait 45 business days. If you paid with VISA, contact your VISA, and if the product does not come in 45 calendar days, report them for fraudulent activity and your VISA will sureley investigate it. Just be patient:) |

You can follow up with them on the order and mention your lack of satisfaction and threatain leaving bad feedback, thereby putting on the table the possibility ruining thier apparently undeserved 100% rating.
If you don't want to do that, you will have to wait the 45 days. |

I'd say you can do what my wife did when she didn't get her product (some camera gear from a not so reputable online store)
She called them every day. Then she called them several TIMES a day. She started asking for a supervisor, a manager, the owner...
They shipped immediately. (:
