If order to run a business do you need to have a physical professional building or you can run a business from home |

It all depends on the business. Here are some questions that need answering:
Will your customers need to come see you?
Can you see them at your home if they have to come see you?
Do you need storage space for inventory?
Do you need a kitchen that is approved by the state?
Do you need to display merchandise?
The answers to these and other questions will determine where you place your business.
Hope this helped. |

Whether you may run a business from your home depends on the local zoning for the property on which you live. In some jurisdictions, one may not live on a business premises nor run a business from residential premises. Other jurisdictions allow some kinds of businesses to be run from a residence, in some zones, but there are always some restrictions. For example, one is not permitted to operate a fuel depot or junkyard on a property in a strictly residential zone.
Your county makes the appropriate zoning information public in some manner, so you can get it and study it before choosing a place to operate your business. |

That really depends on what type of business you are running. |

Check the zoning laws in your area. Sometimes laws restrict you from operating a business in a residential area. You can check at the city hall in your town. |

You can most definitely run a business from a home.It really determines what kind of business you are trying to have.
It is according to # of employees and the space of a office
and sometimes shipping merchandise. a lot of home business are a great sucess! |

To run a business u may require a base, it can be in the form of a shop or an office. It all depends on what business u r doing. If u think for a business your physical appearance is required in the market then u have to look out for a certain area where u feel it suits your type of business, Otherwise u can operate in from ur home u just need to advertise in the local newspapers or print hand bills and distribute in your area and adjoining area to make yourself and your business known to your potential customers. |

It's up to YOU. It's more expensive to run a regular brick and mortar business than a home based business. At home you must customize a section of your home for business and be professional.
A brick and mortar business requires usually thousands or tens of thousands to get started so it's high risk.
A home business, network marketing business in particular, requires very small investments to get started. I started mine by investing $29 and I've got a few websites about my products where people can visit globally and start their own businesses without even talking to me if they don't like me. That's a more pocket friendly business model and you can have a positive cash flow within the first month if you join a great team with great support and if you follow proven systems for success.
Not systems that benefit 0.01% of networkers who earn $50,000 a month, i mean systems that benefit the 99.9% who are part time networkers who can only give an hour per day...u know, the nurses, the cashiers, the teacher the carpenter...everyday people.
There's a wonderful video that outlines exactly how u can benefit from such a business. There are many around and tons of people spitting their business opportunities at you. Following these type of over hyped people and products or companies will surely wear you down...The real money is made when u're properly trained and pass on that training.
I'd love to help if you give me the chance...You'll see exactly how powerful the business can be for you regardless of your situation.
By now you see my bias towards network marketing. It's the BEST business model on the planet. The risk is there like in traditional businesses BUT the investment is tiny. Major companies like Amazon.com earn almost half their income through network marketing. Word of mouth businesses succeed far more than other businesses and normal people can earn awesome incomes.
The next time someone offers you a chance in their business opportunity, think twice before you turn them away. Find out first, whether they have great products.
Are they affordable?
Can you get products through retail at good prices?
If someone says to you,"Hey i'm selling the box of juice it costs $99 but if you register and become a distributor, you get to pay wholesale price of $49 for it" RUN THE OTHER WAY. WHY? Put yourself in their place. Imagine if you want people to use your products, you have to get them to join you in business to get the product cheaper...RIDICULOUS. It's easier for someone to just pay ONE FLAT PRICE whether or not they join your business. The business is NOT for everyone but the products are.
I can advise you more but I may exceed character limits here.
That's all for now.
I accept private messages. |
