You actually have quite a few options. You can either get a work at home job or start a home based business. So, there are a lot of different things you can do from home. A home job which only pays minimum wage. Not what your used to making and then after taxes your looking at your take home as below minimum wage. If you don't mind making less then what you were, then here's a couple websites that you can take a look at and apply for the job. I can't guarantee that you will receive the job. but you can apply for it.

Your other option is to look into having a home based business in an industry that you like. You have the same income opportunity as a traditional business, without all the over head expenses. A huge income opportunity for you there working from home and be able to make what you are used to making as well as being able to increase that amount to what you want. It doesn't happen over night though. You have to build the business to the point of income you want to be making each month. It is an incredible income opportunity for you though.
I created a blog on my 360 yahoo page on home based business opportunities. Over half a dozen different ones to choose from in several different industries. Also a lot of information on scams, what to look for, the BBB, and a few other things you should be educated on before going into business.

To go in further to what "justaguy" is saying, its a good idea to do something that people can use daily. Some jobs don't allow it but you may have to secretly promote yourself or if your job allows, maybe have an office party and promote yourself. This way if you like your job and your business you can keep both. Not to mention you may get referrals from your co-workers for other customers. Before you know it you'll have a good customer base going and maybe able to quit your job altogether. I have a business and do different things with the products that people can use daily and promote myself at my job. It works and I have a customer base built up.
Good Luck! |

My suggestion - do the ground work yourself. Setup a good pro webpage, advertise and push a little promotion material out. It is going to be slow to start but if you work at it, be a pro at it it will get of the ground - there is plenty of work out there. |

Most of the things you see online are in fact scams!!! I would recommend on trying to start you own business. I originally started selling spare stuff on ebay. I then took that money and used it towards developing my business. Two years later I am now making more than 7 times what I made at my employer. It took a lot of research and a strong will to succeed. |

Well, I feel for you. I work in a mental hospital & do direct care so I know how hard it can be sometimes. Except we have to fight, literally.
I have just joined a business called Brown Bag Parties. Yes, it's those parties. I love them too. It's so much fun. Making everyone laugh & have a good time. And you know it's b/c of you.
Anyway, you choose when you work b/c you book the parties. You choose how many you do and on what days/nights.
And you make almost $300 on average per party. That's cash in your pocket usually. You take the orders, the customer pays you, then you submit the orders. You get 50% commission too.
And starting July1st, they are having a half off kit sale. The kit will only be $122.50 plus shipping.
Then you can do a launch party & make back your money.
And then some.
Feel free to contact me if you want.
I'm really excited about this biz & I think it shows. |
