You already know that most restaurants fail. What are the ingrediants of a successful restaurant? Good location, good food, good service, convenience, reasonable prices, fun atmosphere, romantic atmosphere, alcohol, healthy food, great desserts, etc.
Yes, you should open a restaurant. Plan carefully. Read a book about all the necessary steps. Maybe work with a partner. Make sure you have enough money. Have a unique concept and make sure every employee understands what it is. |
