i did a small mistake when i went shopping in harrow. instead of buying a CD-R pack, i bought a DVD-R pack. i noticed that when i came back home. but i didn't open it though. can i get an exchange at my local woolworths store near my home? coz i bought it at woolworths at Harrow. the doubt is, will they refund things bought somewhere else, so long as i have the bill slip? |

Yes, as long as you have the receipt you can change it or get a refund in any branch. If you did not have the receipt they would offer a credit note of some kind instead. |

Yes, take it with your receipt and they will change them. I ordered a a ADSL modem/router and it packed up under warranty. It was an Internet order. I rang their head office and they arranged for it to be exchanged at one of their local stores. I do spend a lot with them though! |
