First have you figure out what you want to sell? Next you need to know who makes these items and how they get them to market.
Your local library will have directories that can give you much of this information. Dunn & Bradstreet has some good directories.
There are others. Ask your librarian for help. This should get you started. Once you have a list find out who heads sales. DON'T FORGET TO WRITE A BUSINESS PLAN even if it is on a napkin. Refer to it often and keep it current as your situation changes. Good luck. |

You have to be a legal business to buy wholesale. You won't find real wholesalers on any search engines. Wholesalers don't have a need to advertise to small businesses, basically they won't come looking for you, you have to look for them. Figure out what you want to sell, go to a store that sales the item, once you find the item, look on the label or tag or whatever to find the manufacturer. Once you find the manufacturer search for their website, and find their number. Give them a call and ask for a list of their wholesalers. Then there you go. But you will need your business info, ie. business license, tax ID, sellers permit, or any other legal documents required by your area.
Or you can use a reliable source like http://www.worldwidebrands.com that will give you a list of wholesalers that are willing to work with online businesses, but it comes at a price, I think it's something like $199.00 |

I know of an awesome opportunity. The flexibility is what's really convenient for me. You create your hours. You work your own schedule. No one to answer to. The pay is also really good because you are paid in residuals, meaning that what you do today, you are paid for for years to come. If you are interested, please contact me anytime for more information. I'd be happy to share this opportunity. Good luck! |
