Stalker on ebay keeps winning my auctions (numerous accounts) and refuses to pay for them?
This guy has created 9 accounts in 2 days to ruin every single auction I have as a seller (blocking any true ebay member for buying my products). The block list is already at 9 but he is relentless. He has sent insulting emails and emails stating he will ruin every single one of my ebay bids (on numerous accounts) and I have reported every single one of them. It has been 5 days and ebay has done nothing yet. He sent me an email stating he may pay for the item, but then he will scam me. What should I do?
This all started when he refused to pay for an item of mine a couple months ago and I gave him a strike as an ebay buyer. Additional Details where else should I sell my items?

Hi,
First i would print all emails including header details. I would also send them to ebay & demand they stop letting him continue opening accounts. You could probably go the legal route & maybe a letter from an attorney might be enough to have him back off. There are websites that the people on ebay answer boards can help you with. This guy has admitted he will try to ruin all your selling, that's grounds to take legal steps. Email if you want, maybe i can help stop this guy.
