*chuckles* Take deep breaths- as in from the bottom of your stomach kinda breaths- like when a child screams.
This will calm your nerves, and provide the oxygen you need to think.
Do NOT use any form of booze or alcohol.
You might want to use a "worry stone"- its a rock thats designed to be rubbed to work off stress with your thumb |

just remember, the further up the ladder you climb, the harder it hurts when you fall. im sure that your buisness is going to be a success, but make sure u know that it wont get off to a momentous start either. just try and enjoy simple things for now because after friday ur going to be busy all the time, go out with some friends, tell your loved ones their help has been well, helpfull, and enjoy urself for the next few days. and ya why not, go rent sum videos and grab a bowl of popcorn and a dildmaster 3000 and maybe relax that way too :P (that last one might have been a bit over the top..maybe) |

Write a list of what needed to be done. Check off the list to stop yourself from worrying if you've forgotten something. Get enough sleep. Take a bath.

Go to your nearest health food store and pick up a remedy called "rescue remedy"It is all natural and it will take the edge off and you can use it when ever you fell nervous.
I am from Canada so hopefully you can buy it where you live.
