I currently work for West Corporation answering inbound calls. I applied for a job at Teletech at the same time but decided to go with West because I needed the flexibility. Teletech, however, has great benefits and I would work for them if I could work a set schedule. I've also heard good things about LiveOps (they do require a $30 fee but it's not a scam). |

Since you have customer service skills, I would look into the virutal call center jobs. You can find a list of legitimate companies at http://workathomedesk.com/directory/virtual-call-centre-jobs.htm - this a free site that also has lists of companies that hire for all kinds of jobs for home workers. For a virtual call center job all you basically need is high speed internet, a headset, and a quiet area to work.
Being a stay at home mom myself, I have also found that http://www.wahm.com is helpful also. Visit the telecommuting mom's message board to network with other home workers and get advice and information about companies.

WOW... look at all the choices.. if it is a JOB where you are guaranteed an hourly wage, NOT some junk that you sign up for, spend countless hours of time and effort spamming your link, just like everyone here is... AND if you live in the US, just send me an email and I will send you a link to two sites that offer legitimate 'tele commute' jobs....
NEVER pay to work a job..... and consider it this way ... when did you ever go into Wal-mart or McDonalds, ask for an application and someone said "that will be $5.00 ($10-$197) for the application."
Several of the sites offer "customer service" work. I know, because I worked for one myself while I got my home based business up and running. They are out there, you just don't see many advertised because they don't have to... usually people come through as referrals.
Also bear in mind that these companies have an application process, interview process, some have tests you have to take and they don't hire just everybody who applies, unlike the 'fee' grabbing companies you DO see advertised and spammed everywhere.

Unless you have someone who you trust most must guide you.
Find the job provider in your area.
Try it through your friends or relatives.
Make sure they have office in your town.
Don't be lazy, while yu are looking for job try to learn another job which you see have much openings.
