Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do about it. Most business small and large reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Its perfectly legal. |

Aside from reporting her to the store manager, there is not much you can do. Even then, the manager will likely side with her. |

Just find a new store. And I doubt justice will be served. Police and other officials wouldn't really find this that important especially when it is cigarettes. Don't get me wrong I am a smoker myself but people just look down on that too much for them to really care. Just find a new store or go to them ask them politely. Asians usually are uptight like this at gas stations. |

Good for her. All stores have the right to refuse to service to anyone for any reason. She beleived the ID was tampered with, she did what she was trained to do, not sell. If you want them that bad, buy them else where. Don't be mad at her for doing her job. If she is caught selling them to a minor, she could be fined and/or jailed. It's best to err on the side of caution than risk that. |
