Look for a site that doesn't ask you for fees of any kind.

I too have searched for "the one" the closest I came was entrepreneur magazine, they had several entries they assured were real. I have since went a different route so I never followed up on it. Good Luck though. If you wish to get capital and start your own business, well that's what I do now!
