There's this pizza place that has been closed for about a decade now. How can i re open it?

It's the weirdes thing, this place used to be the best pizza in town. All of a sudden they closed up shop and it hasn't been open for almost 10 years. It just sits there when it could be making a good amount of money. Any tips on what I could do?

You'd need enough capital up front, along with sound business plans. Remember that there's probably a good reason for it's closing to begin with. Good luck.

Make it simple.
1.) Ask how much for renting this place as a pizza business.
2) Can you use the old pizza store name ?
3) If not let use the old pizza name, then find a way to make it alike.
4) Use different name, but for some decorations make people think about old days
5) At the end , if have more extra time, can you find out why this pizza closed while the business was good , at least sounds like it.
We bought a store to sell wedding accessories, tiara,guest book, favor bags etc from local. They let us use the name, we now good enough to go online business

if you're a homeowner, you could take a mortgage on your house and invest in it. sounds profitable if you know what you're doing and it's in a high traffic area.

first try to find out why it closed, than find who still owns the building and name.
check for any back taxes on the building or business.
