Just because a work from home opportunity has fees, does not mean it's a scam. Most likely it's not a job, but a business opportunity in which you have an incredible venture ahead with it. They give you the same income opportunity as a traditional business without all the over head expenses. However they are businesses that you would own and run out of your house, not a job. You make what you make your business make you. You know what I mean? You have to build it. But you can make far more then any other job, provided that you work your business. The ones that have fee's and are not businesses that you'd be venturing in, most of these are not the places that you would be actually working for. You pay them a fee and they give you a list of things they feel you would qualify for. Some places gives you test. It cuts out the time of searching legitament businesses, however, your not guaranteed to get the job. Just give information on where you could go and apply. These places may or may not have the positions available anymore. It's a chance you take.
There are places that you can apply for different positions. Depending on what your qualifications are, would depend on rather or not you received the job. Telecommute jobs pretty much work the same way as a traditional job. You can just as easily get fired as you can get hired. There is no difference except for the fact that your working from home and not in an office.
Here's an article that can help you with your detailed message on are they scams? This article will show you things to look for when doing a search on home jobs. It also has a couple industries that if you think you can qualify for the position, then go ahead and apply for it.
Good Luck!

Hi, there is this website http://www.mumworkathome.com that offers work from home jobs & some of the links do not req you to pay any fees upfront. |

Most likely. You should never have to pay anything for employment, barring employment agencies and those are usually paid for by the companies looking to hire. Any time YOU have to pay, it is barely legitimate. |

Most work from home offers basically charge you to sell the same thing you just bought to other people... in other words "Wanna know how to work from home? Pay me $10 and I'll tell you. thank you. Now just ask someone else the same question I asked you and charge them $10." |

If you have to pay to work for someone then you can rest assured it's a scam. When you give up your money they will assign you an account number, but won't have any work for you. When you call and ask for work so you can earn money, they will still have nothing for you to do. And they will still have your money. |

I've been doing some work with www.elance.com the past week, all the work is home based, data entry, transcription etc. The only thing is you're competing against people from countries where the hourly rate of pay is a lot lower, so not sure if it would be worth it for you.
Also have a look at the jobs listed here, most are applicable to us,canada, europe, its quite good, thats where I found the above link.
http://dataentry-jobsearch.blogspot.com/
Its been updated today to include some Craft type jobs which can be done from home, mainly re-distribution, but it possible to make good money from it if you work hard.
So many online jobs are out there. In fact, to do any online job, you need not want to invest anything. Make sure, you dont pay anything to get jobs online. It is just that need to pick the one that suits you the best. I hope this helps you and I believe you will find the online job that you love the most. Thanks

they are.. sorry to say.
anything that charge you money to make money is not in my books legit!
most of these answers are trying to get you to click on their links to promote themselves as they are already on the hook and cannot get off unless unsuspecting ppl are ready to dump their money into their coffers. They will spam your mail box and you will have to report them as spam to get rid of them.
Do your homework and find a business that you can be honest and make an honest living with.
Surveys are not that great as the money comes in really slow on the legitimate ones.
If you are 18 or older and are smart and fun check out my profile and my business as I welcome aggressive young blood onto my team!!
I love my business and I love the product I represent! |

Hi,
U need to do your research and use your own due diligence before you spend any money on any of these work from home opportunities.
I did some search and noticed that http://www.freedomgoal.com/ has got reputation. But you don't have to listen to me.
Do your own research and make your own decision.

I try to avoid those offers that require fees. Just always remember that 'If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is'.
Most of the offers that require fees also require time, so don't trust anything that claims it can make you rich overnight. |

Hi! You should never pay anyone to have a JOB from home. If someone is offering employment and asking for money then it is a scam. However, a HOME BUSINESS is different. If you and I decided to open up our own coffee shop then there would be start up costs right? It's the same for home businesses. You work for yourself and the income potential is unlimited. Not to mention the great people you will meet and the fun you will have along the way. You have to be sure you choose something you are passionate about. You can market makeup, candles, health products, etc. I chose to help people save money on their health care. There are many many people that need medical, vision, or dental benefits. 56 million Americans do not have coverage. Even more need a dental plan.
If you would like to own your own business helping people save money on health care, please listen to a 15 minute recorded overview by calling 712-432-9598. If you love what you hear..then request an interview by visiting http://www.FreedomAtHomeTeam.com/TCothren ,or call me at 1-866-400-8716. |

Some are some are not, Fortune Hi Tech Marketing is for real, it is not a get rich quick scheme, you work at building your business. It is your business. Any business has a start up cost whether it is a Mcdonalds or whatever, the link below has a video on it that explains more, it is a safe and secure site. You can start the business from the site also. |

would you be interested in writing?
You could setup a blog or website, this is completely free. Once you have added some good content, you can start to earn money from advertising. I know you wont make a huge income from this, but it would get you started working from home.
Pick a topic which you are very interested in, and write a piece on that everyday.
I've given step by step instructions on how to create a website for free, and then add adverts to it so you can start generating income.
Any questions please leave a comment on this blog.
http://your-first-blog.blogspot.com/
I've also found some useful information on these blogs, it helps you to earn small amounts of money from data entry, surveys, receiving telephone calls, reading adverts in emails and online selling.
