Some ideas:
You and a couple of other guys can start a sort of babysitting/big brothers business. If you have a lot of younger boys in your area that are latch key kids or live in a single parent home or simply have 2 parents that both work you can charge per hour or day, pick them up at school, help them or monitor them with homework then "hang out" play ball, hit the park, ride bikes or play video games.
If your school doesnt have vending machines or the vending machines offer limited choices you can buy candy in bulk (for a discount price) at Sams Club or Costcos or BJ's (depending on what part of the country you live in) and resell them to kids at school (of course for a profit).
You can create "business cards" on your computer (go to staples or Office Max and buy a pack, visit the website www.avery.com or www.staples.com and use their free business card software to create them. You can bike or walk around your area and hand these out...simple is good. Your name and number (only people you know and ask your parents permission FIRST) offer yard work, car washing, help with homework, that sort of thing)
Ask you parents if they have or can create an ebay account so that you can sell things, then go through all of your old stuff and ask your friends to go through all of their stuff as well. You can sell old video games, videos, cd's, sports equipment and clothing. If you do sell something of a friends deduct the listing price (unless they paid that upfront) and deduct 5-15% of the final profit for yourself.
You can use the same idea above and have a yard sale and let all of your friends know, especially if they have complimented stuff you own.
