If you are talking about handmade jewelry then try: http://www.lillysplace.net
It's free and includes a paypal store and free advertising in the mall. They only accept handmade items so that may not apply to you ?

ebid specializes in precious stones jewellery.
You could try etsy.com if its hand-made. |

I wouldn't advise eBay - it's saturated with jewellery so it's doubtful you'd get a good price. However, you can use eBay to attract people to your ecommerce site. Try listing a couple of items on there, directing people to your About ME page on eBay, and make sure your About ME page links to your ecommerce site.
For less than £50 a year you can have an ecommerce site with http://www.rentacart.co.uk - I have used them in the past and the customer service is really good.
