You should try coupon advertising and putting discount offers in local newspapers. Also if a lot of people pass by on foot in front of your restaurant try posting a dialy special outside where people can see it. Who is your targetted market? Identifying your market will help you in choosing the right marketing method.
Some methods are not suitable to be used in some market.
Example if you are targetting the higher end market, then giving discount coupons doesn't help. Coupons will make your restaurant look cheap. This is only an example, may not necessary apply to all situations.
