The company gives incentives for the upper management to promote the people under them. In other words the only way for your manager to move up in the company is to promote the people that work under him. The company has been around for 30 years, and is a division of the largest corporation in the world. They are focused on doing what is right for the consumer, not what fattens their wallets. |
