no1 will hire a 15 and a half year old because your still 15. you need a special lisence to work and it can cost your employer money to hire you. so to them your not worth the money because you can only work like 4 hours and that wont make up for the extra costs. look back in 6 months you acn get a job then but there ar eplenty of adults and 17-19 yr olds they would ratehr hire because they can work more hours and thus bring more money in for them
this is america we are capatalist and money is all they care about. |

Its diffrent from city to city. Where I live you have to be atleast 16 to work at most fast food places because of saftey regulations but my boyfriend works at Bakers and they hire at 15. I'm sure other grocery stores do also. but remember there will be regulations no matter where you work. You'll only be able to work a certain number of hours a day and only till 6 or 7. The easiest way to find out which businesses in your area hire at 15 is to walk around or hitch a ride and ask. Happy hunting! |

McDonalds!! That was my first job. I made good money for being 16, atleast 250 to 300 bucks. |

You will be lucky if you get a job at a fast food restaurants. A lot of companies now won't even hire a person under the age of 16 now because of this new child labor law they made 2 years ago. Even fast food restaurants are starting to only hire 16 year olds. I highly doubt if you can get a job at Starbucks but maybe at a grocery store as person who bag the groceries or clean up and stuff like that.
Bakers don't hire at 15 they hire at 17. |

online business is the way to go this day, seriously.
I am 16 years old and i have never thought that i could make any money before graduating for university, so i was relying on my parents income to support me.
This was quite a bit of strange and awkward situation as i felt the need to have my own income source.
One of my friend taught me about online income and now i am very happy. I do not make thousands like other people, but i make enough hundreds to pay for my girlfriend's gifts or computer games.
I remember that i have started here
http://www.hylls.com
I registered at all 5 offers there. I spend around 1 hour per day and make 300-400 $ month. During the summer, i worked more and i made almost a full time income.
All my friends are asking me? How did you do it?
I tell them is very simple, but they never believe. That s it. |

My son started working at the movie's when he was 15. He's able to see free movies, get free popcorn and they have special screenings of movies for employee's before they come out. |

You should look for work at small businesses and mom and pop businesses because corporations don't really want to deal with young kids working because of all the rules like you can only work so many hours per week, you can only work so late, you not able to operate machinery, etc. They also don't want to deal with work permits. I started working at a landscaping nursery when I was 14 and worked there for about 7 years. A mom and pop restaurant may also be a good place. You could also maybe get a paper route or sell cutco they seem to be jobs and companies that hire high school kids. |
