More of a By-Line than a business name. I get what you're trying to do, almost trying to go for that franchised group-name that is catchy but it sort of fails because nobody knows what you're doing, you're going to need a by-line to go with it, and then you lose the punchiness of the initial name. Probably only work for that funky type of insurance or home-loan company that starts up, everybody hears about, and then disappears again two years later |

I think it depends upon what kind of business you're referring to. If you are, for example, an insurance agency and you offer low quotes, I think it's pretty good. Yeah, it's aggressive, but it sounds like you're saying, "Nobody beats our quotes, hands down. Try it." Nothing wrong with that now.

It is a catchy phrase, however not a good business name because it doesn't say what kind of quote. Insurance? Auto? home? boat? And stay away from "the best, or the lowest" those have been done to death.
