The best thing would be to sit down and think about what you are good at - you can pretty much make money at anything now, if you are willing to put in the work.
For example, you might be artistic and confident with computers, and could start a graphic design company, or you might have a knack for numbers and can start a consultation service for helping people get their budgets in order. What are you taking in school? Is there a way you can incorporate your schooling into an business? Be creative! |

Have you considered starting a Romance Business? I work with a company called Pure Romance and have several women on my team who are college students.
In a nutshell, we're an in-home party plan for adult women. Our consultants provide a safe environment where women can get answers to questions they wouldn't necessarily ask of their own gynecologists. We explain how to use intimacy enhancement products to open the lines of communication in intimate relationships and sell a sophisticated product line designed specifically for women. Our consultants play multiple roles including sex-educator, entertainer, and of course business owner/entrepreneur!
As a consultant, you own your own business, set your own hours, and earn terrific income selling products that women love.
The students I work with (including some business students) have enjoyed the flexibility that comes with this type of a venture, as well as the social aspect (romance parties!), and of course gaining valuable business experience in areas like marketing, advertising, sales, presentations, and team building.

You really should consider getting into marketing, but first you really need to do your research before starting any task.
Marketing is definitely a must though, and if you know what your doing, you probably might not even want to go to college after realizing how much money you can make, from marketing.

There are a lot of home businesses out there and if you are careful and find the right one it would probably be a great thing for a college student. Be careful and do lots of research. Find something that you will like doing and can see yourself being able to do. There are many different things available. I have experience in this and would be happy to help you.
