James C | What business is THE ONE to start at the moment? |
Please don't post links to your online get rich quick system.
I am talking real business here. Not much experience needed, not too bad an outlay...........what is the market to get into? |

The best thing is not to start one, but to buy an existing business.
For example, you can buy an $80,000 business with 20 % down ($16,000) . You borrow the $64,000 from the SBA and make your payments and live off the rest .
The profit of an $80,000 business should be $26-40 k per
year and the yearly payments around $9,200 (10 yr. loan).
Of course a larger one could make more profit and a smaller one could yield less, and it depends on how much you can put down .
Hopefully, you can make the business grow every year and increase your profit margins so you have more owners' benefit after your debt is serviced .
Check the ones that are for sale in your area and the others that are either relocatable and or web based . |

Everyone thinks theirs is THE ONE to get into. A lot of us have been burned several times before and feel we truly finally found the one. Your right, nothing is get rich quick. Just be sure and research the company you choose thoroughly. I think direct marketing is the best. Jennifer |

This might be interesting though...when I was at college I learned that markets work in cycles. I was told of the true story of comeone who made a lot of money pig farming by riding the cycle in the opposite direction. What this meant was that lets say pork is in big demand and slightly short supply...so all the farmers start switching to pigs. After a while there's too much pork so the price dives and all the farmers get out and go into whatever else is in demand. So this guy did it in reverse so that just as the market started an upturn i.e., just as demand started to outstrip supply again he was ready to step in just when other farmers had switched. .....The only problem I think is that now we have the so-called global economy, any defecit is easily remedied by importing. But you can't import (some) services, e.g plumbing! There is a deficit of plumbers now but in a couple of years there will probably be too many. Just when there are too many is when you should start setting up because 2 years on there will be a defecit...!

answering your question will open a flood of new would be business's, but here go's.... the newest genuine business plan i have heard of is to create a weekly/daily round delivering hampers of organic fruit and vegetables to house holds and businesses in your local area. perhaps ordered by telephone or through the Internet the night before or a standing order type set-up (a bit like the old milkman used to do) trusted, provable and reliable sources would be a must. (if you get a big enough round in many local areas, Tesco might try to buy you out). good luck, kasiroy. |

Tattoo removal. There was a tattoo craze 20-30 years ago, over half of those people regretted getting them. There's a new tattoo craze starting up. It's only a matter of time before it cycles to the regret stage. |

I would suggest you start up your own online internet business. Try not to participate in work at home scheme as there are a lot of scam around and we do not really know which are the one.
Find out more from the link below as it captured various internet business model that you could consider of.
