I have a good idea! If you sell food and drink for a cheaper price than the Canteen then you will get business. But you might get in trouble as the School gets jealous. |

If you are crafty, you can sell personalized book markers. I seen one where it was a pom pom on both ends and the braided string going in the book( really cute) and different. You can also decorate pencils and pens with pipe cleaners( craft department) with all sorts of decorations on it, Little stuffed creatures etc. Get ready for valentines day. You can make small gift baskets or bag. Some bags you can get from a dollar store 4 for a dollar and stuff with with card,pencils,key chain, candy Ect. Probably will cost 2 dollars to make and take orders( bring one or two samples) at school and see how many orders you get. You can even start your own little business. My inspiration: I had some old fabric laying around and some new towels. I got to thinking what can I do with this stuff. I created lace to go on the bottom of the towel with the fabric and made a pillow and covered some toothpaste holder with the rest( I decorated the items with ribbon and things too). Someone wanted to give me $30.00 for it and I was like suuuuure. Within a few weeks time, I had over 30 orders from people at my moms job( people just told me what colors they wanted). within a 5 month period, me and my mom opened a store in a strip mall called Laverne's crafts etc.. we sold all kinds of crafty items we came up with and really successful. I said that to say this. If you can come up with something great, it might take you places farther than you can engine. You dont have to do the norm and sell candy although it may be great if you a Jr High student. Ask mom to help if your too young to use craft items such as hot glue. these days you may be violating some rule (in USA), but i'm all for it. why not? i really haven't seen it since i was quite young. in those days it was candy (always a good thing). when i was quite young it was cinnamon toothpicks. life was much more simple in those days. |

You should sell baked goods like brownies, cupcakes, cookies (homemade ones cuz those are the best)
Ive done this in my old school and it worked well cuz my school doesnt sell sweet stuff. I dont know about your school though...
You could also sell thinks to drink that you dont get in school that people like (not alcohol obviously)

At my childrens school they sell candy bars to raise money for a trip to NYC {New York City} and they seem to make all kinds of money. They do it every year and not only do they sell them at school but they sell them around the town we live in, people like helping kids out when they see that they are out there trying to make money. |

i'd stick to food, snacks, and assortment of diff drinks, such as lemonade, gatorade, smoothie drinks and such~ cuz when ppl are at school they most likely want something to drink and snack on, and the most likely want stuff they cant buy in the vending machines!! like smoothie drinks and such!!
i wouldnt really go with many (if any) pens and binders and such, people should have all that and if they dont they borrow from friends.
i would go with paper and notebooks, people seem to never have enough of those. and maybe you could do like, buy a package of paper get 2free pencils! or buy a notebook with 2 free pencils or 1 free pen! or something alone those lines~!

For me, i make a fortune on munchkins! But other easy-to-make munchies are nice to. I would like to add a sweet lingering taste to my munchkins and all good and no cheap nips. Remember!
