say it in a nice way, don't burn bridges, you'll never know you might need them again in the future. better if you put it in writing. say something like for personal reasons or for career move, you're resigning, that it's been a pleasure working with him, and that you wish his company more success :) |

it all depends...if he's a good boss, say its been nice & you are pursuing other interests...they'll understand cuz they won't keep somebody who doesn't wanna be there...NOW if he's a bad boss...boy oh boy...take on a big project on the company or work & on monday go to lunch & never come back....u'll get a nice satisfaction or you can walk right into his office & say " I'M RICH B*TCH, I QUIT - SEE YA " , pat the secretay on the bum & leave in style... |
