What do you think about you been the Chef?

You will be able to choose a range of pasta, sauce and condiments in the way how you want and we cook it for you in fast way.

I'm not sure if has already anything in London like a FAST FOOD of Italian cuisine, but give me your opinion.

there is a franchise called Fazoli's that is exactly what you are talking about. the food is actually ok. its actually called a fasteraunt. they have drive throughs but inside you order your food up front and they bring it to your table for you. they also offer free breadsticks for in-dining guests. its rather succesful here.

I love Italian food, but aren't pizzas classed as fast food?
If so, then the market is already overcrowded and you
would have to offer something substantially different
for it to be really successful. I'm from the UK, but when
I go to the USA, there is a Mexican fast food chain called
Taco Bell. Please open one of those over here, someone!

We have something like that here called Fazoli's, you can sit inside or drive threw. It is really good.

there's too many fastfood establishment's now, without adding any more, 'learn to cook, it's much easier and cheaper'.

As long as you use natural ingredients and NO MSG etc, i wouldn't mind tomato and mozzerella pasta on the go!

Well, it sounds good to me. In some places (in the US) they have a fast food restaurant called Fazoli's. It's fast Italian food. A lot of people like it. I think it would do well in London or anywhere else.
