One of my auctions just ended, but the person hasn't paid and it's been two days. Does Ebay still charge you final value and listing fees? They don't refund anything? |

Nope look up the FAQ's. I believe you don't have to pay final value if the sale dosn't go through. You can also offer the item to the person who came second. But give the person at least a week or two to pay! |

If you file a 'non-paying bidder' report, the bidder is given a certain amount of time to pay up. If they don't, they are given a non-paying bidder notice, and you are given a 'final value credit' - which means you don't have to pay any fees and get to relist the item for free. |

Wow, not many people here really know how the process works. I'm an eBay powerseller, and I'll tell you.
First of all, you can't demand that a buyer pays within 2 days. Yes, it's your auction and you can set whatever terms you want. But this is one of the things on eBay that is consistant ... you have to give them a week. Buyers will assume they have a week, and if you complain they didn't pay you within 2 days, it will only make you look bad.
After a week you can open a non-paying bidder dispute. This will open a forum for just the two of you to communicate in. If your buyer does not say anything in this forum, they will not be able to leave you feedback, but you will be able to leave them feedback.
After 7 or 10 days (not sure which) if the buyer has not paid you, you will be able to close the dispute and receive your final value fees back. Your listing fees are gone forever.
At that point your buyer will recieve a strike. Once they get a strike from 3 different sellers their account will be suspended until they work things out with at least one of their sellers.
Don't be shy about closing the dispute out, if your buyer decides to pay this after the dispute is closed, you can reverse it for them, and take the strike away.

You can file a dispute against the buyer. However, 2 days is not very long unless you required a PayPal payment. Send an email to the buyer and ask how they will be paying. If you don't get a response, file a dispute. |

Nope, no refunds. But you can file a dispute and get the person in trouble. But you have to wait longer than two days, be patient. Unless you said pay immediately, they have 7 days to pay you. |

They will refund you after one month
Try contacting the buyer to remind him to pay and that does not work, you must fill out a report with ebay. |

They only send him the item if he pays. If the credit card isnt his they send the police after him (they hav his adress). You can also choose not to sell the item (in case of low bids).
If the user doesnt pay you will get a refund. |

The person has up to 10 days to pay for the item before you can file a complaint for non payment with Ebay. If the person does not pay, you can get your listing fees refunded. |

They don't refund you. The person you sold too still has time to pay you. Up to a month..but you can report them. |
