You file a non-payer report and if they still don;t pay, you can retrieve your sales commission from e-bay (but not the listing fee). You can leave bad feedback for the non-payer, and finally, you can offer the item to the second placed bidder via a second chance offer if more than one person bid... good luck.... |

Not a lot really. You can report them but they only get a strike against them, which dosn't mean much unless they get several. You do get the final value fee back though.
You can leave them bad feedback, but you'll get it back.
The best way to deal with it is to offer it to the next bidder with second chance offer. |

Not a lot. You can give them negative feedback but they'll probably only return it. You can file a "dispute" with Ebay, and you'll get your fees back. |

Ebay can put an unpaid strike on your account,and if it happens too many times they will close your account.The person who you bought it from has to report you first,if they dont then nothing will happen to you. |

you go to the item they were supose to purchase and select the option that they didnt pay for the item. follow the directions from there. |
