I am a personal Concierge. I make $20.00 hourly tax free, I pick and choose my jobs as I want them and allow myself a nice schedule. I advertise for free on craigslist and backspace, alot of referral, and all you need to do is get bonded. That is $50.00 per $5000.00. I like your question. A nice change from what I have been responding to.
There are lots of businesses that meet your requirements. All require you to investigate for yourself to see whether they really are for you or to keep looking. I still have some advice though.
Aim for something you enjoy, that way you are giving yourself the best start to knowing your products. Check out competition or lack of, either have the potential for both good and bad. Don't let yourself be in the position in questioning what you're selling, think in terms of "Would I buy this product?"
I consider many online businesses to be overrated. While there are still many profitable ones, the lower startup costs usually come with the price of longer hours than a land-based/offline business (not going to get technical). If you really have the extra time, you likely could make much more money just by doing something that involves direct contact with people. |

Hi,
I don't know what you consider as low start up cost, but I just started a business that I am really excited about and am looking for business team members. I have worked for the government for 20 years, love my job, but I am ready to venture out. I have been researching this company for over a year because I am a numbers person and have to see it work before I am convinced but after all of the time I have put in trying to see how this can't work, I have come to the conclusion that the only way to lose is not to jump in. I have three personal friends that got me into it and two of them average over 7,000.00 a month. One of them was a surgery nurse and has quit her job to be home with her family. She works an average of 10 hours a week. The one who she went into business with is making average 40,000.00 (forty thousand) a month.
