The world is your oyster ... ok, well, the UK is your cockle (or something).
First list your abilities, likes, dislikes, work preferences ... &c, &c. Next check each one for legality. Then for how desirable it is in the UK. It's called market research and is an essential part of the business plan that you should produce - and must, if you are looking for a loan or investment.

In answer to 'no business is honest', I would say that everyone deserves to make a living so in some way or another must charge for their time or the service they provide. If you save someone's bacon, then you deserve to be paid for doing so. Rates depend entirely on how valuable you are to your clients and how much they are prepared (or can be persuaded) to pay. Honesty comes in the bit between offering a service and providing it. Do you do what it says on the label? Technically, you could be an honest crack dealer.
Actually, I think what you are asking is 'What services or products are most in demand in the UK right now?' My advice at the top still stands, though. |

when you think about it your always over charging people to make your own profit so nothing is honest.
But ive just started up a catering business with my partner going to music festival and shows.
its good but it does mean you go abroad for the winter to catch the sun over there. |
