Put ads all over the streets, so ppl know that u have a lemonade stand.
Then make the price a tad higher in the beginning but lower it at the end so more ppl will buy it. Make it very sweet but not too sour our no one will buy it. Make servings small but not too small. Put ice also.

Make some lemonade. Stick it on a table with a price sign on the sidewalk. That's what I did when I was younger. Only I sold kool-aid.
