A pyramid scheme works basically by you paying someone to take a (possibly fictitious) job. You then have to find two or more people to pay you in the same way, and then they have to do the same, and so on |

It is a con where basically the majority of people in it get stiffed when it breaks down and the first level of people who start it walk away with all the money.
It is now illegal to run a pyramid scheme in English law. Stay well away.... |

multi level marketing. i thought it had been made illegal. pyrimid you are donating some of your money to those above you, who intruduced you to the scheme, when introduce 10 others, you get a little off each of them until they drop out. Find a job which does not involve pyramid or multlevel, so as you are working for you only. if kleeneze or avon etc you have to buy the hand out catalogues, place them, collect them and maybe a few small orders, they would like you to introduce more agents, to work for them, i found it a waste of time for the hours required, which could have been in a little shop serving customers for more money. |

There are no easy work from home opportunities.
Getting customers...aka...advertising...and keeping them is KEY.

They do exist but getting and keeping customers is really important.
I live in UK too and know what I'm talking about.

Over the years multi level marketing companies created a compensation plan to pay people for selling their product. A pyramid scheme is a company that asks for money for nothing. A lot of pyramid schemes have been in trouble, shut down and are carefully watched by the government.
If there is product involved, it is not a pyramid scheme. People get confused because you are always selling product and yes you make money, if you work extra hard, but who ever got you into the company is making money off you too, thats where the word pyramid came from. Don't let the word discourage you like it has many others. If you get all the details about a company and there is a money back guarantee, then there is absolutely no risk by getting involved with a company. If a company does not give you all the details up front, that is a true sign of a not so good company. Be sure to check your local bbb to weed out the not so good ones. |
