Starting your own business is good for many reasons.
Potentially, you can earn much more money than in a 9-5 job, you can spend more time with your family and friends, have more time for yourself, your hobbies and activities. You have independence in decision-making, no boss, less pressure because you dictate what you will be doing and how.
You can also retire early if you have an entrepreneurial spirit:-)
You can delegate responsibilities if you have someone working for you and if your selling a really good product that is in demand, you can become wealthy.
The negative side could be an unstable income and existential insecurity if you choose a bad product or if you work poorly. But if you think that you would like it and would feel comfortable working for yourself, I highly recommend doing so!
Hope this helped! |

You are your own boss. All the profits are yours. Set your own hours. My husband and I started our own business a few years ago and we work around our lifestyle. It works for us. |

It's hard. Blood sweat and tears goes into starting your own business. Whether it is a walk in store or a store online. You baby it. You make it grow. You see the results before anyone else. You know the plan and you know what has to be done from the ground up. Your your own boss for sure, and that is always pleasant. You get to make all the decisions. Having a good partner is essential. If you don't have one when you start up, then don't get one. It has to be a joint venture if you have a partner. Then it is better because there are two of you that make that baby grow.
I wish you all the luck if you are starting a new business. |

1. Set your own hours
2. No nagging, annoying boss to deal with
3. No time clock to punch
4. Vacation when ever you wish
5. All the profits are yours
While starting a business may even be harder than just going to a job. It is much more rewarding and many people are willing to work those extra hours for something that is theirs. even if it fails and you have to start over from scratch. |

Having no limits in regard to how much money you can make, the ability to set your own hours, although if it's to be a truly successful business, prepare to give it way more than 40 hours a week...., but it's still nice to know it's YOURS and you are the one accountable for it's success or failure. It's the risk factor and pushing yourself, it's about following a dream if that is your dream. |

Hmmm, where do I begin? It may surprise you but nowadays businesses are becoming more youth oriented. Once you start hitting 50 or 55,even 60, business owners give you "the look" because they might have to start paying you that pension or retirement and you'll be cutting into the company's profit margin. One of these days, you're going to ask the boss for a raise. Don't be surprised when he/she tells you they can bring in someone younger to do twice or even three times the work for half of what you're paid.
Then what? Do you swallow your pride and tuck your tail between your legs and go back to work,or do you simply quit?
Here are four ways you can make money.
1. You can inherit your money.
I don't know about you,but all my relatives are poor working class stiffs. We're so broke ,we can't even pay attention.
2. Invest your money.
Come on. Who are you kidding? It takes money to make money. You can't play the market with nothing to start.
3. Work for your money.
From the time we were little kids your parents told you to go to school, learn and graduate high school so you can MAYBE go to college get that degree. Once you graduate, you get on with a company and work there forty or fifty years and retire.
You collect your pension and Social Security and I'll bet by the time you reach retirement age, you'll have so many health ailments you won't want to do anything.
4. Be your own boss.
I told my parents that when I started my own business,I WILL retire by the time I'm fifty.I'm forty five now. I may not be a spring chicken but at least I won't have to worry about my kids having to come home to an empty house after school everyday because me and the wife are working our butts off to make ends meet.
I will be so successful that if you were to come over to my house, you'd NEVER and I do mean NEVER see a clock in my house. I don't even wear a watch anymore. That clock hanging on your wall tells you when to get up. When to go to work. When to go on vacation. How long to stay, and when to come back only to go back to the same old grind.
One day,I'll be to the point where if I'm hungy,I'll eat. If I'm tired,I'll sleep. And if it's so damned important for you to see me,then YOU will wait for me. I'll get there when I get there.
THAT'S what's so good about owning your own business! |

There is nothing inherently good nor bad about starting your own business. It depends on who you are and what you want to do.A hammer swinger starts his own construction co. when his knowledge of the business exceeds his ability to swing the hammer. There is nothing good about it nor wrong with it it just is.Starting your own business has advantages and disadvantages .What are those is the question you need to be asking. |

The easiest way is to be someone’s affiliate (selling other people’s products). You need to search which product to sell.
As an affiliate marketer you need 3 things in a program to maximize your income:
1) A product that people actually NEED.
2) A product that pays GENEROUS commissions.
3) A product that pays you residual monthly income so you can make a sale one time and get paid FOREVER.
Good luck. |

You can either spend your life on someone elses time clock, helping them fullfill their dreams, and do it for a pittance of a wage. You are literally "Owned" by someone else.
Or you can be the master of your own time.
to me it has nothing really to do with money. |

Clever tax management.
If you're no longer a mindless worker, you can pay yourself in a variety of ways that reduces your tax liability. Its legal and you get to laugh at the pant wetting liberals who say its not fair and you're avoiding your fair share. Whatever....suckers.
Also - you get to buy lots of stuff, tax free, that is for your business but you actually use at home - i.e. Widescreen plasma TV for the living room and for 'business presentations'. You get the idea?
Then, when you want to retire early, you pay someone a pittance to come in and run the company for you, while you keep getting paid. You are no longer selling yourself as the commodity, you have a company that is selling others, and you are taking the profits.
Running your own company is great. Hugely satisfying. |
