First - don't do Network Marketing or MLM - they are dishonest, despite what all the MLM zealots tell you. Find out what you are passionate about and know something about, and do it instead. Learn a few business skills from your local college or whatever and start your own venture. Or start an online venture through a site like www.sbi.com They will show you what to do every step of the way. Best of luck! |

Here are my suggestions on finding a legitimate opportunity that's right for YOU:
- Set your financial goals -- Are you just looking for extra income or a potential full-time income? How long (and hard) are you willing to work to meet your goal?
- Determine if you are looking for a JOB or a BUSINESS -- there is a distinct difference between the two and you want to focus your energies appropriately for the best results.
- If looking for a JOB, what are your marketable skills and previous experiences? If you are looking for a BUSINESS, go with your passions, things that interest and motivate you the most. Build a list and use that to begin your search. General rule of thumb: Never pay for a job (businesses, on the other hand, usually involve some expenses).
- Review your budget -- know ahead of time what you are willing and able to invest into your business, including start-up costs and ongoing maintenance and promotion.
- Find a rep to contact, check out their websites, ask questions, do your own independent research.
- I personally also check out a company's status and consumer feedback on www.bbb.org and www.ripoffreport.com.

the best one is the one u - like the products, u like the comp plan, u like the growth potential.
look for a track record of stable finances growth product development not the latest greatest. most of those don't make 5 yrs without major changes often to ur disadvantage.
what is best for me may not be for u.

This helped me when I was evaluating companies because there are god ones out there. People on here may discourage you and say they are all scams or that one company is, when indeed it is not. It is safer to use your own judgement. |

I will add to that....It's interesting how down people are on MLM's. I wonder why? Look at your job now....your boss is at the top...you are at the bottom...you can only go so far...what is that? The advantage of an MLM is that you can leverage your own income. Your possiblilties for your future are are truly what you make of it and how much you want to put into it...whether it's 3, 5 10 or more hours a week. And yes, I will tell you that I will invite you to be part of my team. I am involved in a wonderful MLM. Would you rather pay retail or wholesale to travel? If you knew that you could earn at least an $1,000 a month (depending upon your efforts) would you turn that down? I'm proud to be part of this MLM. They are even on the stock market. Well hmm lets see im 20 and i work at home with a company called Usana health and sciences we are #12 on Forbes best small companies list(i will paste the link to forbes.com below for proof) and we have some of the best products in north america....i was shaky the first couple of months with usana but as i got better and started to work harder and got more confident in what i was doing the income started to come in and im glad to say i can pay for school in total this coming august which is exciting anyways i will leave another link which takes you to usana and you can watch a presentation on there i believe

XanGo, mangosteen juice is a very honest company. Based in Utah, the organization gives 50% of it's profits back to it's distributors. 7% of it's proceeds go to children's charities. There are organizations that are critical of Xango based on the it's enormous success (it is a billion dollar industry in it's fourth year.. with only ONE product to sell!).
