I've been working from home for the past 8 years. Started with a home day care (did this for 6 years as I am an Early Childhood Educator) and came across an on-line advertisement to work from home. Curious, I requested info.

You need a business where you don't have to sell anything just to get paid
You need a business with a Professional Coach to help you reach your financial goals
You need a business where no one gets hurt
You need a business with 100% satisfaction guarentees on everthing ~ no questions asked
You need a business that offers step by step training
You need a business that will not get you into debt
You need a business that has been around for at least 10 years and you know it will still be here in the future
You need a business that offers a residual income that is WILLABLE to your family ~ if something were to happen to you they will contiue to get paid month after month for the work you already did ~ that is piece of mind
You need a business with monthly bonus dollars that you can tap into & you get paid on time all the time.
You need a business in good standings with the BBB & Direct Selling Association (most people know about the BBB but not the DSA)
You need a business that gives you a life, one that doesn't take all your time & energy away from your family.

It's a lot to think about but in the but down the road you really want a company that will STILL be around. The last thing you want is everything you worked for to disapper.....I've seen that happen with many "ground-floor, get in quick" opportunties.

All in all it depends on how much effort you put into any of them.
