They want to find out if you're having any problems now.
In other words, personality or management issues.
Which might mean you are trying to avoid problems.
What you need is a positive reason for changing company.
e.g. seeking greater opportunity or challenge. |

find the differences between the companies, don't say anything bad about yours, but talk about things like location, is the new company international? is the new company bigger? smaller? if it's smaller, then you could say something like I want more hands on experience that I know I could get a smaller company. You can also mention great things you've heard about the place, etc. But you absolutely don't want to speak poorly of your current job/company |

You can tell them anything you want. It could be because there was no growth potential in current company or you wanted a better salary with benefits.
It doesn't matter. They're not going to go to your current boss and ask why?
Just as long as you answer the
question in a professional matter and you believe it to be true. You'll be fine.
