Become a Pampered Chef consultant. That's why I started my biz... so I could be a stay at home mom, but still make an income. You would do your phone calls and paperwork at home, then go out to do the shows (about 3 hours). You can work evenings, weekends, whenever you want. Selling your childrens clothes that no longer fit them. As long as they are clean and in reasonable condition they will sell. Just have a look at the kids clothes on there.
Toys and books they no longer play with too.
Then move onto stuff of your own you no longer use and that kind of thing from family members. Everything has its price on e-bay. |

An Internet related business could be a good move for you. When the children are in bed, you can deal with your orders and admin.
Think about what sort of product or services that have your interest and think about what sort of abilities you have/want to develop. Is it clothing, baby-products, writing CVs, novels etc. etc.? Remember, the more specialised it is and the more you can know about it, the better.
Remember that you can sell on ebay which is accessed by millions of people worldwide. At the same time or alternatively, you may also want to set-up your own Internet store.
Think hard about who it is that you want to sell to (for example, what will be their likely age range, what sort of job are they likely to do etc etc) Based on your target market, decide on a design that would be suitable and make the website as exciting as you can for your potential clientele (a website design firm can help you). You can accept payment through PayPal which many people who shop on the Internet use (your website designers will also help you with this)
Promote it to as many relevant groups and organisations as possible and try to get their websites to link to your website.
When the number of 'hits' to your website starts to climb, contact companies who may like to advertise their complementary products to the sort of people who access your website. This will be another way of earning revenue.
