Because it's easy to buy clothing for 80% off and resell them on ebay at 25-50% off but this take a lot of time in the listing because of pictures and description BUT THAT WERE THE MONEY IS, AWESOME DESCRIPTION IN CLOTHING WITH AWESOME PIX MAKES A LOT OF CASH ON EBAY!
Remember the rules number one en ebay: buy low, sell for higher and do volume....

The things that are easiest for you to obtain and the easiest types of things to sell. What kinds of things are important or are valuable collectors items?
First thing that I can think of are baseball cards (my friend is obsessed with them and buys them up like crazy on ebay). He also sells them too and does faily well, but he hasn't made it a buisness.
Just browse around and see what items are popular on ebay. Anything and everything is sold there. |

In the top left corner of the page under search is "Advanced Search" CLink it and on the next page start typing things you have or can get, then Below it check the; "Completed Listings" This will show you what has or has not sold and for how much. Then start Browsing and watching what happening with the Various catagories. Bisque Dolls are real hot, Barbie ain't. Sporting goods as in Gun and Archery stuff. Most old stuff; Old Radios (Tube type), Clocks, Cameras and even Matches!!! Ha!!! People collect and Ebay a good place to add to collections. You will find that there are many things that sell, some not for much, some bring a good price. Think USED merchandise, NEW stuff hard to Compelete with Wal-Wort and BullsEye, you have to consider Shipping Cost which you most likly pass on to the Buyer, so, they can see what you sell (Price) and know if it cheaper and easier to buy local. Know your State Tax requirements, sounds wierd, but, your State *MAY* Require a Sales Tax, outside of the State you not worry, seems strange, that the truth. Some people not sell in their own state to avoid the Red Tape Hassle!!!! Ha!! I buy and sell on Ebay, first I started buying and Learning the Ebay Strut. They have plenty of Education Video to watch and learn selling. Learn ALL you can that free!!!!!!!! Read, watch, browse and then SELL!!!!! To be successful it takes a little Brain Work and Organization, then when you see this old porcelain doll with no back on her head in a Yard Sale for $1, you know you may be looking at $1,000. ;-) |
